Penalty for ranged artillery attacks?

Hi there,

I wonder if there is a penalty for artillery, depending on the distance it shoots (1 hex or 3 for example).

Does s.o. know?

Entrenchment Ratio = (def entr rate + 1) /(att entr rate + 1)
