Unable to Invade northern UK island fortress

To All,

Doing game testing on an unusual scenario. I did a '41 Sea Lion and was trying to clean up the remnants of the UK forces. I tried to invade the island fortress at the north of the UK with a mix of Italian and German units. It was in November, but weather was fair. I was unable to click on the invasion button to allow units to hit the fortress.

Background: This turn (#41), occurred after 1 previous turn of mud that delayed the invasion. The mini weather map and the fortress information panel in lower left show fair weather. The further northern region showed mud. All sea hexes around the fortress were showing fair weather.

Platform: MAC Powerbook, latest version of GS code. Snow Leopard 10.6.8, Intel chip.
