Strange Nation Selection Behaviour

In the DAG in the select a nation screen, when you go to click on a nation, most times one click will show the nation information, and a double click enters you into the army list. Some times, one click is all you need and you go straight into the army list. This seems to happen randomly, so it is not for any particular army. Probably happens once every 10 attempts.
