Thanks Logan - It's actually Heinz Guderian, he does a bit better on the attack! :-)

My 2 cents worth regarding Africa.

I would be carefull regarding the use of the Italian fighter - the reason for this is that it usually comes of allot worse versus the better tech UK fighter groups and this results in a pip drain for the poor italians.
I would remove the Italian fighter and replace this with a german one and use the Italian on the russian front where it has parity in tech (ie very little) at least.

The other point - as has been demonstrated many times before - Italians alone struggle to take Africa - I can see some germans on there way but dont go too early without there support or you could find yourself in a fighting retreat without rommel.

Please use my advice sparingly as I am by no means an expert - I have just lost enough to realise a few of my mistakes :o)

I see that you have three German transports ready to unload three German transports and that your North African supply level is currently at 0. Are you planning to just absorb the overage or are you going to move some air units out?

Jay,

Just curious, why does the Axis oil stockpile show up as "-" in your screen shots. You can't be out of oil at this point?

Edit: Ah, never mind, I see that you are not using "oil consumption."

Hi there

You have a german strat bomber in Africa, is there a special reason for it? It doesn´s gain you that much since the naval attack isn´t that great and they are almost useless against land units. I would suggest that you send it back home and bomb Londond instead to hit the brittish economy and also avoid the axis supply penalty that you are going to pay for each turn. You can see in the upper right corner that you have -4, try and avoid that.

Good luck

Thanks CG - Ouch! I wish I could have figured that out sooner. It's now -12, as soon as I bust up the British wall - I am going to withdraw my overage forces.

Thanks for the Tip!

Overview: Bullying our way through Africa.

North Africa:

Ouch! Ronnie and CG were right… I know I will overpay, but I think I have a chance to eliminate the British in North Africa. One Corps was destroyed, and I will get through El Alamein to the Oil fields beyond

It might be à good idea to send some subs down southwest of britain, otherwise he can easily send some reinforcements. That Will make africa much harder to capture.
