Unit Upgrade Cost(s)??

Does it list anywhere in the GS2 manual what it costs to upgrade units?

Is this a constant? If I upgrade a Mech unit one level, does it cost the same if I had upgraded that same unit 3 levels?

it is a fix number ,only if you upgrade your unit which is next to your enemy , then the cost will be double .

If the unit is adjacent to enemy ZOC then the cost is increased by 2, not doubled.

The upgrade cost is a formula that's based upon the purchase cost of the unit. It's something like 5% of the purchase cost + 1, rounded up. I can check the formula later, but at the moment I'm upgrading my PC by installing an SSD OS disk so I don't have the different programs installed yet.
