AAR Manual in PDF format

On the CEaW GS Manual v200, section "AAR - Initial Campaigns Against AI", page 346 says:
Please refer to the companion "AAR Manual in PDF format".
Clicking on "AAR Manual in PDF" format links to http://web.me.com/amcdonel/GS-2.0/AAR_Download.html, where you are asked a name and password.

Is there another place where to found such manual?.

The AAR was removed from the original manual because it GS changed the game play so much. For up to date AAR - see other sections of the Forum.
