Fine here at 16:21MT - when you start the game do you see the launcher details (images and text) in the left hand box?

What error message do you get?

I get a responce of "Failed to connect to the server"

Do you see the launcher details when you start the game? Can you see the list of downloadable content on the user content page?

I get a prompt that reads "Failed to send to the server"...dont know about that other stuff...Im not a techie

Do you get failed to send, or failed to connect? Is this an issue logging in, or when you end a turn?

By launcher details, I mean that when you start the game, you get a popup window with screen resolution, etc. Do not hit OK to start the game proper, just wait on this screen as it says "checking for updates". If the game cannot speak to the server, you should get a message in the left hand section of the dialog telling you so - otherwise you will get the screenshots and info on the game downloaded.

My guess is this is a firewall or other issue - sometimes if they update they need to be told again that the game is allowed to talk to the internet.
