Printer/Toner Friendly Manual?

Greetings,

Trying to get onboard and actually play the game again with GS 2.0. I don't like reading manuals or referencing them during play on the computer screen. Is there any chance of getting a printer friendly(or colour toner friendly to be more precise) version of the manual PDF? No background image would be a good start.

Significant work has been done on the manual to rework it. This may include ebook and kindle versions, plus PDF of a smaller size and easier to print. There is no target date at this time...
