GS 2.0 Game Not Ending in May 1945

Hi, playing as axis up until May 12th 1945 (turn 105) and the AI takes its move but it just hangs on the hourglass and becomes unresponsive. Options were set for game to end in 1945 as per default. Can anyone please shed some light as to what would cause this? Thanks.
