My first impressions
Hello Panzer Corps Team,
my first impressions:
30sec. = great it works on my computer without any problems
5min. = exactly what i want, just the intro is a little short
15 min. = cool i know Panzer general since 1996 & and now i got a new version. I just started the tutorial. It works great. It works like PG 1, thats great.
Performance:
It works great, my Pc is a Sony Vaio notebook. No speed or any other problems. Just i had to download second time, the first time, i wanted to unpack was crc error while unpack proces .
Usability and UI of the main screen:
-The screen is easy to control. Sometimes its need second mouse click if i wanna purchase units.
-It should be easier to find out if a unit is "core unit" or just for the scenario
- The library should be linked with units
- THe library seems a little bit empty
- I will check out a campaign and will write more later
------
RESUME:
first look quite perfect, lets play more...........& check out more

Thanks for the feedback
Also when you toggle the Unit List on the Main UI you will see all your cores are gold, auxiliary silver borders.
Check the Shortkey list in the Library for more hidden functions.
of course i miss the "rename" funcion
Use Alt+N to rename a unit-I absolutely miss the "rename" of unit function
Core have gold/red twisted borders, auxiliary silver around their strength plate.-It should be easier to find out if a unit is "core unit" or just for the scenario
Also when you toggle the Unit List on the Main UI you will see all your cores are gold, auxiliary silver borders.
Alt+Ctrl to enter further Unit Info.-The unit info button is little small , detailed info are available immediatly, i think a pop up window with picture and short description of the unit should open if i click info on unit. Also very short history background info & game statisitcs should be available via the info button. I will check that out more on a campaign and write more what i think
Check the Shortkey list in the Library for more hidden functions.

Some units can switch between two modes as AT and AA, e.g. 88mm as Flak or Pak, they have a switch type button on the Main UI.- anti aircraft units, should be available for stacking ground units, too. Like the Flak.
Some are available in two types like AT and Artillery e.g. Stug.

Hello Panzer General Team,
yes i checked several anti aircrafts, the 8,8 Flak has the switch button.
I could find that out with buy and try.
Maybe it would be great if units with switch button could be signed in the purchase menu. Does some of the sdkfz have this switch button, too?
Is theres a fortify button or any special infantry that can be heavy fortified?
Will the "non-german" units that i buy stay as core units through campaign?

Hello Panzer General Team,
some of the anti - aircraft and of course anti tank units should be range more than 1.
I could not buy "non german" units in the first poland scenario. But there are slovakei units available in this scenario.
I started the 1939 campaign with "fieldmarschall". I could easily win poland and norway scenario. The computer opponent was not very clever. The opponent did not moved his ships after a while. So they were to easy to destroy for my single, strategic bomber.
I spent 1h for each scenario. Wheather : off.

Hello PANZER CORPS TEAM,
sorry, i forgot.
I did the campaign from 1939 until Mocow 1941. Difficulty : Liuetnant. It was quite easy. All maps remembers me of PG1 of 1994.
Of course i miss the opportunity for the North Africa, i really hope this will come up in the release, the other maps, too.
I could NOT buy any non-german (like italy) units. Not in campaign. Not in scenario (greece) as i play on axis(german)
I also miss the hot-key or function to disband a unit?
Its not easy to compare units. Whats the difference e.g. waffen-ss unit to usually unit?

Shortcut D will disband, forgot it in the list thanks for reminding!
Remind you will not regain Prestige points for disbanding!
North Afrika, DAK and Rommel will get some special attention.... later.
Waffen-SS have slight stat advantages, forgot what though...

Hello Panzer Corps Team,
good to know that North Africa will come later, i hope it will be possible that it will be connected with the whole game.
I dont like stand alone add ones.
I will open the second front 1942 or 1943 at caucasus from south.
I now tried some later axis scenarios. I miss the V-weapon. V1 & and of course V2 rockets. Also i did not found later german infantry called Volksturm.
As i start campaign i miss the recoon fighter Fieseler Storch (Fieseler Fi 156). Please check out wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fieseler_Fi_156
