Rebuilt Computer - can't reinstall the game

Hi

I had to rebuild my computer but I can't reinstall the game. I've got the original order confirmation but the link to plimus.com doesn't work. I've emailed pl_support@slitherine.co.uk but that doesn't get a response either.
