When they appeared the Axis unit in Agadir was vaporized.

If others agree this doesn't make much sense suggest they either spawn in an alternate location (Canada or perhaps USA) or just occupy nearest unoccupied hexes. Either will give the Axis a bit more incentive to pursue Spain.

I think the axis unit was supposed to go back into your force pool.

I recall it works that way because the developers thought it unrealistic for the Axis to prevent Free French landings in Algeria.

The latest patch included a fix to put units into respective polls (allied or axis). I havent checked it myself though.

That patch was sent. I sent a total of three patches to the beta test group for Mac.

You have to install the patches in succession to receive all of the benefits.

To be specific this patch was the latest v2.01.03 .
