Waffen SS units

Two questions related to the elite unites in game or maybe also bugs:

- Is it right that there is no way to upgrade the WSS-Tanks ? Got a Panzer III E in the norway campaign and found no way to make him a IIIF - regualr wehrmacht has allready IIIF - maybe a bug ?

- Wouldn´t it be better to have a bouns by screen when getting these units ? E.g. when getting bouns unit a screen pop up in wich you can choose like in the normal shop which unit you want, may resticted to infantry, arty, antitank and tank SS units, no planes or bombers.

I had no Problem with upgrading my Waffen SS Units both infantry and Tanks works fine ...
but i had in Norway an Waffen SS Infantry get my first Waffen SS Tank in Lowlands.

Interesting because there is no Waffen-SS Panzer IIIE in the game.

Sorry, it´s a III F but with no chance so far to upgrade to IV, but I´ll try a little more

Edit: The next scenario it works to upgrade the tank unit
