Question about difficulty settings

Does anyone know what the different settings do? I thought it was just a prestige setting but does it also decrease the enemy unit size to 5? A mouse over tip would be nice, a quick sentence would do.

Thanks for the feedback.

Next update this should be done, we are designing a new Option art panel and tooltips will indeed help.
