GS 2.0 Single Player Question

Is GS 2.0 a worthy single player experience? I've not played much PBEM, finding myself playing SP the vast majority of the time.

IMO the singleplayer isn't worth much since the AI is just as feeble as on vanilla CEAW. SP can be used to learn the basics and to get a feel what the game is like but without human opponent it'll be quite a dull experience after couple rounds.

Single-player can also include hotseat where you play both sides. I do however recommend PBEM play after learning the basics. Finding an opponent is quite easy and you can play as little as a turn a day (or less) if time is a consideration. Most turns take 15 minutes or less to begin with.
