Is this an error or has i missed something
the city is Reims 25,7

I had the exact same situation. I think it is because in game terms, stug III is artillery.

Several versions of Stug are in, some are AT some Arty, some switchable between both classes, but I don`t remember latest changes...

yeah you are prob right tried to replicate and true the stug cant capture, and yes it is counted as arty

thou in the heat of battle it looks alittle like a tank :oops:

Normally we agreed to give all arty 22,5% angle to see the difference between Arty and AT types with no angle. But here barrel is too short to spot the difference is a StugIII type A with short barrel.

But if you look up close, I see an angle.
