GS 2.0

Post by dhucul2011 »

Thanks for the fantastic free update.

It takes CEAW to another level.

The historical events especially make the game alot of fun.

Now, as a modder, can we please get a modding program that is actually usable by 99% of fans?

Maybe GS 3.0? :D

The text in the dialog box needs to be smaller.
The third line of text is cropped along the bottom.
And some historical texts appear incomplete, (or may be on a 4th line).
Also had one SS unit check in '39 that determined 'n' number of units.

Hi,

You have to find and install haettenschweiler font and installer it.

This will solve the issue.

I don't know why Haettenschweiler was chosen for CeaW, but it's not part of standard Windows. It's part of Office, though.

It can also be downloaded as a free download. Search the internet for Haettenschweiler font free download. There is one version that will only use English characters and another with all characters including cyrillic letters.

Once we have the font downloaded, how/where do we change it?

I answered your same question here. Please don't post the same question in multiple threads. It makes it really confusing to keep track if we've answered everyone's questions. :D

missing font is not the issue, I have haetenwhatever.
I'm running 1366x768, and missing text from half way down line 3.
I'm sure it would work at higher res' but my pissy lenovo won't run higher.
it's not too big a deal.

Then the font is not installed properly. Can you open e. g. office and check if you can select Haettenschweiler as a font.
