Why did you purchase your Paratroopers with Transport?
If you want to embark them, you will have to abandon transport...:D

The paras had very good attack values, and I wanted to be able to scoot them around quickly, without having to do any tarmac stuff...

Where do you get your combat logs I can't find them anywhere?

Also I know you bought two of the rocket armored cars for over 1200 prestige? How is this possible when you only start with 900 something prestige?

I got my logs the same way you get them in PG-Forever, it's built on the same engine.

You get prestige for capturing hexes (and at one time for causing damage), so you can expect to spend more than what you start with.
