I think in the heat of the action it´s normal that enemies flee in the direction where is no enemy regardless of zoc

This behavior is by design. Enemy can retreat to any unoccupied hex.

OK thanks. Will the ZOC rules be listed in the manual? I guess they have a function regarding supply, and I see they have a function regarding movement. What is the cost in MP to move 'through' an enemy ZOC?

I'd like to see retreats into an enemy ZOC dis-allowed. It somehow just doesn't 'feel' right.
