39er Camp / lowlands / Leutnant ...
during the Deployment Phase ... i saw this ... 22 Core Units for purchase ... well ... thats a lot!!!!

have a look:

after purchasing 4 planes during the deployment phase it switched to "0"

Question: Can i raise the Level from Lt. to Col. during the campaign? Or have i to restart the whole camp?

Definitely a bug, I'll add it to the Bug Thread.

I'm almost certain you have to start over. Difficulty, like weather and supply options, are only set at the start of a campaign.

Maybe it is a good thing to implement it, cause if you learn it is too easy you can go on on a higher level without restarting.

By the way i like all the tutorial messages real good for new players!

I reported this bug yesterday maybe I didn´t wrote it in a clear way. You can buy these 22 units but you are not allowed to place them because while placing the units the number drops...

This is actually a new feature, but it has a few bugs in it. Check out The Bug Thread Sticky for details.
