What do I do if I lost my serial number?

I was having problems getting CEAW Gold to run after a malware attack and so decided to reinstall.

I didn't realize I need the serial number to do that and I have no idea where that is. (I bought digital download).

Is there anything I can do?

If you know where you bought it from you can contact them from the e-mail you ordered with and they can probably look it up. I think it has to be either Slitherine or Matrix.

If it was from us mail info@slitherine.co.uk with as much info as you have and we'll try and track it down. E.g. full anme & address, e-mail used, date ordered etc.

Dont forget you can register your serial numbers to your account. Just go to http://slitherine.com/my_page. Once you do this it will always be there for you to remember!

where would one find a serial number

If you bought the very old versions you would not have one. They came in when we changed to the Military History version.
