Cannot access game

I have BA v1.5.4 but for some reason I cannot access either multiplayer, campaigns, load option or editor can anyone help! I do not have the serial No for my game either. what can I do?

I'm not sure what you mean. Are all the options greyed out, or it just doesn't note the button presses?

All the buttons except CAMPAIGNS are greyed out! when I open CAMPAIGNS 90% of them are locked (big red padlock symbol)

That happens if you lose your saves - have you moved the game onto a new machine etc?

All you need to do it complete the tutorial and exit and everything should unlock. You will then need to play any desert mission to unlock the other campaigns.
