Muslim Conquest of Sicily

I stumbled on this on Wikipedia and it's a fascinating read: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muslim_con ... _of_Sicily.

I'm wondering about English language sources describing this in more detail? I figured Norwich on the Byzantines would have something, but looking at his TOC I don't see anything about Sicily or Italy in this timeframe. There is a reference to this (http://www.amazon.com/Muslims-Medieval- ... 610&sr=8-2) but I can find no details about it. Anyone read it? Pointers to other good sources?
