Problem with MP game

I have accepted a challenge by gcfl and we started the Italy scenario, he Allies, me Axis. After turn 1 the victory screen showed up, announcing a Loss. I was able to review the battlefield but then there was a failure to connect to the server and the game was not uploaded. I cannot see it under results, my turns, opponent's turns. What went wrong?
