Can troops who's cohesion level is less than steady(but not broken) be rallied "with in 6 mu's?

Thank you, I just caught that little blurb in the rules. I was reading the rules as any level could not be rallied within 6mu's of the enemy.

You can even bolster from Disrupted or Fragmented while engaged in melle.
The only restictions are that you not have dropped a level this turn and have a general in line of command with the BG (the general need not be fighting with the BG to bolster).

You can actually have a TC fighting in the front rank and an IC with the BG to Bolster at a plus 2 if you so choose. ((Very Handy for Spear Walls and Pike Blocks to keep the enemy held in place.))
