Just what do Mid/Late Medieval Welsh look like

Can anyone recommend a book and/or website with reasonable information on what the Welsh foot would have looked like?

Are you looking for the Owain Glydwr early 15th centurty Welsh or the late 13the century army of Llwelyn?
