GSv2.00.11 (Pre-release v2.00 Hotfix 11) - May 10, 2011

I. PC Users can download this hotfix from here. MAC users will need to get this hotfix from Paul.

II. Barring any major bug find these are the last set of tweaks that we plan to send Iain for the GSv2.00 installer. He did build an installer but GSv2.00 crashed on him during start up because of the old data and settings file from GSv1.06 and stored in \My Documents\Grand Strategy\. Though all of you have worked around this by deleting the old settings.txt file this would become an issue for a large number of folks that will install GSv2.00 on PCs that have had GSv1.00-v1.06 installed previously. So to prevent this and avoid a lot of posts from new users on this GSv2.00 now stores all data, scenarios, settings.txt file and saved games in My Documents/Grand Strategy 2.0/. NOTE: your PBEM turns will now be loaded and stored in the \My Documents\CEAW Grand Strategy 2.0\data\pbem folder so you will need to make that adjustment.

III. GSv2.00.10 (Hotfix 11) (May 10, 2011)
1. Changed production for Rouen from 0 to 1 and Lille from 3 to 2. This was done so that the fort attached to Rouen would remain in supply if cut off from supply. The production of Lillie to reduced to compensate for increasing Rouen’s production (i.e., overall production was kept the same).
2. Increased the severity of the Russian winter in the southern Russian winter zone from central Europe winter effects to 50% of the severe winter effects in northern Russian winter zone. This means that Axis units in core Russian hexes will suffer 50% severe winter effect south of the severe winter weather line.
3. Increased initial armor oil consumption from 2 to 3 and removed +1 oil consumption at armor tech 2.
4. Reduced survivability increase at armor tech 2 from 2 to 1, increased survivability increase at armor tech 3 from 0 to 1 and reduced survivability increase at armor tech 6 from 3 to 2. The latter was done because the increased of 3 at tech 6 was too much, especially when you get bonuses for high XP and even SS / Guards).
5. 1939.scn (Added 50 more oil to Germany in the 1939 scenario, 30 in the 1940 scenario and 20 fin the 1941 scenario.
6. Changed the location for saved games and scenario data from My Documents/Grand Strategy/ to My Documents/Grand Strategy 2.0/ in order to avoid startup issues for people installing GSv2.0 who have also installed GSv1.00-v1.07.

I noticed that after update those tank units already on map don't get the initial oil consumption of 3 so they'll have lower oil usage. Not a big problem since it's only a few units but any chance of getting a fix for that so existing games get correct oil usage?
