I had a look at the editor and tried several of the available features.

But I was not able at my first attempt to place units for the opposing forces. I could place units for different nations, but not for the other side.
How do I change sides, when placing units.

Thanks and Regards
Ralph

i haven't tried it yet.

Can you make a small campaign? For those of us that are rather computer-challenged, it would be nice if the developers could make a campaign editor as well. That way one could envision a regiment or battalion or company sized engagement within a larger theater. It would help with long term playability

You need to assign nations to sides first, this is done via Edit->Scenario Params screen, Nations tab. Then, when you place a unit on the map, it will be assigned to a proper side. But you can always change the side manually, if you ever want units of the same nation to fight for both sides. To do this, Shift-click the unit and you will get a unit parameters dialog.

The editor is found in the game's installation folder. We should add a link to Start menu too I guess. For now, go to the folder where the game is installed and run ScenarioEditor.exe file.
