Allies can't place units or leaders

MAC - 2.00aq - aug 25, 1944. Game won't let me place any units anywhere. Eisenhower was injured and has 7 turns to go in and he is head of the line with a bunch of other leaders and units ready to be place but the place unit button is not functional. First noticed it last turn when Eisenhower was inured but hoped it would go away.

I looked at your game and you have several duplicate leaders in the force pool. So maybe you used unit swap where leaders were attached to units being swapped. We got a bug about unit swap after we added code to prevent UK leaders from being destroyed in France when British units are destroyed.

I had to fix the bug and it was part of one of the hotfixes. So if you played some turns between we introduced the bug and I fixed the bug then you have leader duplicates and that can confuse the game.

In order to check this bug more thoroughly I need to have a save game from just prior to Eisenhower being injured. Then you need to tell me how he got injured so I can try to replicate the bug or verify if my fix about unit swap has fixed this bug.

Can you check if the game prior to Eisenhower being injured has another instance of Eisenhower in the force pool, maybe from using unit swapped a turn or two earlier?
