Cohesion Test Modifier question

Hi, just some question to be sure.

If a unit is within command range of an inspired commander and also is adjacent to it, does it have a +4 providing it that the inspired commander is not a LF or LH?

+4 if it is a rally/missile/routing friends test and the general is in the rear arc of the unit

+2 within command range of an inspired general (does not apply to melee/impact tests)
+1 adjacent general
+1 adjacent friends (other than LF or LH) in their rear

You would think so if you read the rules but I've tested it and there is no + 1 for having the general adjacent. In the scenario you outlined you would get + 3
