TYW camps

I have almost completed painting my figures for the TYW but how I need to think about a camp, what tents did the Western European armies use? Or did they base their camps in villages and towns?

It was better to leave disputing about the faith to the theologians and just run argumentative non-believers through with the sword (Louis IX).
