Who goes first?

This needs to be defined for players somewhere. I assumed the Germans always went first, but in Bagration and Germany East the Soviet player is actually the first player.

A little scenario preview box would be fantastic:

The rule is as simple as this: attacker moves first, defender is second. But I agree that showing this somewhere would be useful.
