Serial Issue

Thank you for your e-mail today in inviting me over to examine another addition to the infamouse PG type series.

However, it seems we are having trouble getting the foot off the ground, read the following quote closely:

I had a strong suspicion that serial was not going to work...

Guys, by now you should have got a second email with proper serial inside. Isn't it the case?

ive got 1 e-mail and it was in the spam folder but only 1 and nothing else.

OK, hopefully Slitherine guys fix this issue soon. I don't really know how the beta engine works internally, but I'm also included in the beta email list, and I recieved a second mail shortly after the first from them. Wierd...

I have the same problem, The only funny part is that after checking the email, and given the information to download, the first time i opend it up it had my serial as Custom blah blah blah. The 2nd time i opend it up it had the full serial number, i dont know if i should post that here or not, but the last 4 digits were

****-****-****-8890

I copied and pasted nothing, tried typing it, nothing so i dont know, guess it has to be wrong or something.

Checked Spam folders nothing there either.

Slith just started using a new mail system, we noticed the problem pretty fast with the individual serials not being send correctly.

Iain will solve this in the morning no doubt... sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience, we will get you into the Beta...

Oddly enough, I did get both e-mails. The initial wrong one, and the updated one with a proper serial number.
Maybe it's a problem only affecting the newest additions?

Thats my best guess i have the serial shortly after the first email was sent. So i tried downloading the installer a few times, but no luck. It has to be something with that, or a serial F-up. How ironic that i sign up to be a tester way back in JAN or FEB, get contacted out of the blue yesterday, to be invited and these problems, i can't help but laugh,no really.

Either way hope the problem gets solved for me and many other newcomers in the future. trust me i have patience, i wanted this long just to get into it, little longer dont kill anyone,hope you figure out those ropes to it
