Caesar in Gaul (massacre)

Something seems to be wrong with this scenario. After deploying my Roman units in a MP game the game crashed (NullPointerException....). I was able to restart but one of the German Techcteri chieftains seems to be a traitor as he shows a green, to Rome belonging circle and is expected to attack the adjacent German units.

You're right Tom, one of the German units is attached to the wrong army.
