Is LBMS still alive?

I'm waiting for a reply to an inquiry for about 3 weeks now, having mailed twice.
Does anybody know if Steve is available or perhaps too busy to reply?♦

If you mean LBMS, then yes they are still alive. I just received an order this week (in the US). Great service. One week from payment to receipt.

Well, it may be the case that orders are handled but there is no interest in answering special inquiries...
What should I do? Writing the same mail over and over again?

I placed an order with them over a year ago and have still not received this order. I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with them and sent many many emails but never received any reply. The worst service ever from any supplier in over 25 years wargaming. Before anyone asks yes the cheque was cashed very quickly. This is one company i would never recommend to any body, absolutely disgusted.

I haven't ordered from them in a while, but they had always been very timely. The web site was updated on 6 March 2011 so probably still around.
