Pixellised / blurred introduction pictures

Not played for a while. Just installing the patch and started the game up.

However, the intro "comic book" images seem a bit pixellised, or perhaps more correctly, blurred. When going into the game, It looks also a little "blurred". Has some setting been adjusted from the previous version which I may have missed ?

EDIT: seems to be the intro pictures mainly.

That's very odd. There are some debug tweaks that can force textures to be loaded at a lower resolution using their mipmaps, but I doubt you've turned one on by mistake!

I would suggest checking your video card control panel to see whether there are any 'performance' type settings for mipmaps - it might be choosing lower mipmap levels as they are faster to render (less pixels == less bandwidth).
