bug with naval atack on cities

if u select a port u can see the naval atack...if u select a city on the mainland u can see also the naval atack, for not to see u must first select an clean hex and then clik on the city from the mainland.

Bug found and fixed and will be part of GS v2.00am. Thanks for locating it.
