FWIW I'm getting the same message--it'll tell you three times that the turn has failed to upload, and give you the opportunity to "cancel." Most of these turns seem to be getting through to my opponent, but in at least one instance, about 1 1/2 turns (my turn, opponent's turn and my reply) disappeared into the ether, and the game presented me with the set-up from two and a half turns before. (And to add insult to injury, a Wespe barrage which suppressed some of WSEXTON2's dratted airborne the first time around hardly affected them the second time around!) So the prob is there, and in some cases turns are evidently being vaporized.
Having said all that, this game is more fun than super-glue in a bowling ball hole, and I'm awfully glad to have it. Thanks for all the gaming fun we've had so far.

Also fwiw, this cannot-upload-turn thing started sometime between 10 p.m. Pacific-US on 4/2, and about 9 a.m. Pacific-US on 4/3. Game was ticking over without a hitch whatsoever all day 4/2.
