Please vote: Adding the rail network North Africa Vichy
Hi
I just found a bug in the game where the rail icon is highlighted for units in north African Vichy France, but it's not possible to move anywhere.
I checked the Internet and found the rail network in Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia. So should we add this network so the player controlling cities in the territory can rail units inside the territory? Please vote.

I vote yes but this rail network should be only available in Vichy North Africa territory since Libya hadn´t a rail network in WW2 along its territory (see this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rail_transport_in_Libya. This way, british 8th Army shouldn´t be possible to be railed from Egypt to Tunisia since there wasn´t a rail connection between Libya and Tunisia until 1965.
This Vichy France rail network would be really useful for the americans to bring reinforcements quickly to Tunisia.

I vote no for this. It would negate the historical effects of the torch landings in my opinion. In other words, as soon as Vichy was activated, you'd have Axis units all over the place. The main reason I would make a Torch Landing is because it's a starting point to enable yourself to stretch the Axis defences without totally wasting your army with no air support.

That's a good argument.
If we don't want the rail network then I need to add some code to not make it possible to have French North African units being able to be highlighted for rail movement. Right now the rail movement indicator is turned on when you get a land link to Egypt (through Libya).
I have to make an exception for Libya and French North Africa so no units in those hexes can be selected for rail movement.
