Details are now up on the BHGS site. This will be an open competition, any army from any published supplement is allowed. This includes Colonies and Conquest, assuming there are no publication delays.

Although not playing in this period at the challenge I would be quite interested in a game on Friday if anyone wants a nice easy practice game.

I was very impressed to get a different army from each player. The early armies have always suffered in this period, I think they will need themed tournaments to be generally viable, although certain talented individuals may be able to find competitive versions. I believe that "Colonies and Conquests" was published too late for players to evaluate the armies in time for this tournament.
