Registration name and key

Hello,
2 days ago I ordered the game, Spartan, from newegg.com. I got 3 e-mails, the second of which had the download link. I downloaded the game accordingly and ran it, but when I ran it, a new menu popped up titled 'key expired'. I'v contacted newegg and they really don't know what to do so they sent me to you. I'v seen similar pasts so I'm sure they sent me the registration name and key but probably called it something else. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me.

Please mail info@slitherine.co.uk with your order confirmation from newegg and explaining the problem. The problem is definitely with newegg/digital river but we will track it down for you. We have nothing to do with the version they are selling and had not even heard of newegg until support calls started arriving like this
