Midnight at the Oasis

Post by Old_Warrior »

I put together a Custom Scenario entitled "Midnight at the Oasis" - the module is S&S. The armies are Knights of Jerusalem (Crusader) and Syrian (Arab/Crusades).

The units are as follows:

Player 1 - KoJ - 206 points

(6) - Frankish Knights (Sup/HAK/Lnc-Swrd) - CinC included
(3) - Frankish Knights (Barded) (Sup/HAK/Lnc-Swrd)

Player 2 - Egyptian Ayyubid - 205 points

(3) Dailami AMF - SD/IF-SW (RR-LB) CinC included
(4) Mamluk Cav - SD/AC/SW-Bow
(1) Mamluk Cav - S/AC/SW-Bow
(2) Arab Spearmen AHF/DfSp
(1) Arab Crossbowmen - AD/PMF/SW-CB

Sort of a fun little scenario I put together. I have one game going and will come back and report on how it went.

If anyone would like the scenario is there a place I could post it? I didn't see an "attach file" link in the post message area. Some forums have this and it is nice.

Suggest you get a Hotmail account and use the Skydrive that comes with it. It's 25 gig of free storage. I've used it a lot for this purpose and it's preferable IMO to the other hosting sites.

Ok - I posted the scenario at:

Copy ALL of the text of the link to your browser as for some dumb reason the link doesn't come through in a complete form. I guess I may have to use underscores for the file name next time instead of spaces.

Another option is to use bit.ly or another URL shortener like tiny url for these things.

The URL does work if you copy and paste all of the text. For now it is about all I have time for.

ENJOY! I will post the end game results on this one later. I hope to play the other side in a rematch ...
