LT=MAJOR FAILURE TO PLEASE
So I order LT and go to download it and get a message that it contains a virus..attempts to contact Plimus customer service are met with a response that the site is unavailable.Ok never mind I think my disc will come anyway..the disc arrives today I go to load it and ...it fails to initialise.I get onto the Plimus Customer service site and find that I cant do anything to inform them of the products failure until after the expected date of arrival which is two weeks hence..To say that I feel cheated is putting it mildly.Indeed I may never order any more FoG digital expansions.
Whose idea was it to use a US supplier anyway.

My guess would be that the failure is Norton also. If it's just saying it's a Heuristic find, that means it thinks it might be because of some guesses it is making. Do you have the most up to date data files for Norton?
I would suggest disabling Norton and trying the install from the disk or disk files again and see if that helps.
Also moving this to the Tech Support forum to ensure it gets all the right eyes on it.
Cheers
Pip

Norton unfortunately often gives false positives. If you have the later versions installed they'll actually disable the file as you download so turning it off after downloading wont help. You may need it off while downloading. I can pretty much guaramte there is no virus on teh version you download from Plimus and we've seen this issue on other machines with Norton from time to time. Unfortunatley it is outside our control.
