I made the following disorder markers for my Classical Indian army. It wasn't that hard to do. Clipped a standard infantry figure off its based and posed it into some green stuff.

I'm not normally a fan of the idea of casualty figures acting as cohesion markers - but I have to say those ones do look rather good.
