Auto update don't work

I have the FOG version 1.3.3 but the auto update don't work: I click on "check for update" and this open a window "loading client". I have wait for long time but nothing happen !
Someone can help me ?

Have you given both the FoG and Fognet EXEs permission to talk to the internet through your firewall?
