Why are these guys so bad ass vs Air units?

Start Low Countries scenario with Clear weather.
Grab Stuka.
Bomb fort (Air attack value [8]) at 29,7.
I expanded the information panel(I dunno about you, but I ALWAYS have this panel turned on by the way) for good stat comparison, Bomber on the left, Fort on the right.

Now, Grab Stuka.
Bomb infantry (Air Attack value [1]) at 28,13.

Huh? And it's not the Thick Forest either, that unit wrecks aircraft from any hex he might be in.

Belgians are just great marksmen, they can shoot Stuka's down using simple rifles. I'm sure that's historically accurate.

I can't tell if you're joking or serious. I mean, your location does say Belgium so...?

But okay... so this behavior explained to the player in what game values?
It sure isn't the Belgian flag, because the Fort is flying that too.

You may of been within range of an anti-aircraft unit.

That could be reasonable, but no. As I said, it's the opening turn of Low Countries. there are no AA guns.

Does beg the question. I was playing that scenario yesterday (I don't usually have the panel open) and found that I got whacked - and thought I missed a hidden AA gun or something but now I see it's not just me.
