frag unit being charged and frag pursuing

1) A frag unit is charged by a pursuing unit , the impact occuring during melee ( not initial impact phase ).

The impact is resolved in the next player's impact phase . Does it include any moral test for being charged ?

2) what about a frag unit pursuing a fleeing ennemy and contacting a fresh unit . How to resolve this as a frag unit may not come closer to an ennemy but still pursue a broken ennemy .

The fragged unit checks as soon as it is contacted and will rout then if it fails, the pursuing troops completing their pursuit move to its full move. If the fragged stand then they will resolve the impact in the next impact phase.

The rules do not specify anything about fragged troops pursuing, guess that is one thing that will have to be looked at in V2

1) page 108 right column second bullet. As soon as you contact you immediately test.

2) a frag unit may come closer. See page 114. The only prohibition is during movement. Not pusuit. So a frag'd unit pursues normally.
