Not receiving new forum password.

Hi.
I've tried to recover my password for the username JayRaider multiple times today on the forum.
It says new password email sent but i never receive it.
Any help would be appreciated as i'd like to start playing again.

P.S. i've checked junk just in case and not in there either.
