Anyone know how I can delete Saved Games ? I'm building up quite stock.

You have to exit the game, go into "My Documents" on your computer, open up the Slitherine folder, then open up the Saved Games folder that is inside and delete the saved games manually.

Is that saved games or the armies created for games?

That is saved games against the AI. There is another folder at the same level for saved armies built with the DAG.
