Immortal fire won't load onto my laptop

Hi
I have been loading my FOG PC onto the laptop. Everyhthing so far has gone ok, apart from the Immortal Fire pack, which says it is getting the wrong serial number. I cut and paste all the serials into a document, so it should be the serial that was used to load the pack on the main computer .

How can I sought this.
